Things people always ask

Do I need to be home?

Nope. As long as we can access the yard (unlocked gate or a gate code), we handle everything and text you the gate photo when we're done.

What about my dog being in the yard?

Friendly dogs are welcome to supervise! If your dog isn't comfortable with visitors, just keep them inside during your service window and we'll take care of the rest.

What happens in winter?

We scoop year-round, snow or shine. If the yard is buried under fresh snow we'll do a best-effort pass and catch anything missed on the next visit at no extra charge.

Where does the waste go?

We double-bag it and haul it off your property with us — it never goes in your bins unless you ask us to leave it there.

Is there a contract?
